Doug Downs is the general manager at Steckline Communications and an on-air personality on KGSO Radio. With over 30 years of experience as an announcer and play-by-play host, he brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for broadcasting. His role involves overseeing the station's operations and connecting with the community through his broadcasts.
Andy Hooser
Operations Manager
Andy Hooser has been the operations manager and radio host for Steckline Communications since 2015. Andy oversees daily operations and engages listeners with his dynamic on-air presence. His dedication to quality programming and community involvement is evident in both his on-air and behind-the-scenes roles.
Denise Tharp
Office Manager
With a keen eye for detail and a strong background in office administration, Denise ensures the smooth operation of daily activities. Her dedication and organizational skills have made her an invaluable member of the Steckline team.

Martha has a background in multi media, sales, online marketing, and promotions. She started AMP Digital Promotions, and has over 20 years of media experience.

Sales Manager- Western Kansas
Born and raised in Garden City, Kansas, she attended GCCC and entrepreneur at heart, with a true passion for business, sales, and marketing. She has continued to thrive by building strong connections, supporting her local community, and driving meaningful growth and impact. A proud mother of three, she brings a deep passion for growth and resilience.

Kyle is the Sales Manager for KGYN Radio in Guymon, OK. He has had the privilege of living and working from coast to coast but now reside with his wife and children in Guymon, OK.

Program Director - La Raza
Adan has been in radio since 2005, starting in the radio industry directly out of High School. Adan is Program director and radio DJ "DJ Regio" on La Raza.

He has been Operations Manager for the Western Kansas stations since August 2024 and brings over 37 years of radio experience. Throughout his career, including six seasons in professional baseball broadcasting with the Missoula Osprey, along with play-by-play work for Washington College, Lamar Community College, and Miles Community College.

Jaimes comes to us from Utah as the ag director for the Mid America Ag Network, along with co-hosting "The Pressbox" on KGSO, and sports play by play.

Host, Marketing Director
Born in Ciudad Juárez and raised in Garden City, she attended school locally and was active in band, choir, and clubs while raising twin boys. She later attended Garden City Community College, earned her CNA, and worked in the healthcare field for several years. She enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her kids in sports, and working on her home.

Stephanie has years of radio experience in the Wichita metro area. She currently is a news anchor, morning host on KQAM, and DJ on HANK FM and KGBL The Bull.

Veronica studied Animal Sciences and Industry through the Kansas State College of Agriculture. She has a strong sales background and connection to the agricultural industry in Kansas.

La Guerita has been a staple in Spanish radio for years in Wichita. She is host of afternoon drive on La Raza 102.5 in Wichita.

Manolo is a club DJ and radio host based out of the Wichita, KS market. He is a DJ on La Raza in both Wichita and Garden City.
Andrew Diederich
Program Director, Host
Andy hails from Cleveland, Ohio and is a proud graduate of Ohio State University. He spent 4 years living in Chicago before trading in the Windy City for the Sunflower State. Before making it to Western Kansas, Andy has called football, baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, and soccer as a play-by-play commentator at a variety of levels.
